My first
startup failed. It was an e-commerce Poshmark-like product. I was an investor and a product person. Learned customer development, lean startup methods, and learning only form the best.
The
next one did better: hot Mobile Growth and App Store Optimization. Not a unicorn though. Not mine also.
Chapter III. Big company — internal startup
product. Managing 20+ people development team. Did not take long for stakeholders to back off and cancel it. Moral: if you run a service business, you expect any other businesses to work right away. Does not work like that. I know now. They didn't.
Ride-hailing. Finally, a startup turned into business, positive cash flow, growing. A bit of a shake during Covid-19. Still worked just fine. Still looking for more.
Thank you, next. Open for consulting and advising to early-stage and scaling startups.
